OUR STORY

I’m Robin Frost, and You Matter Recruitment was created after 20 years working inside the UK telecoms industry — not as a recruiter, but as a sales professional, sales manager, and employer.

I’ve carried a quota. I’ve managed territories. I’ve built and led high‑performing sales teams. I’ve hired top performers and coached them to exceed targets year after year.

I’ve watched the industry evolve — from PBX and ISDN to cloud communications, VoIP, and unified solutions. Technologies have changed, expectations have changed, and the skills required to succeed in telecoms sales have changed with them.

But one thing has always stayed the same: finding genuinely talented telecoms salespeople is hard.

That’s why I founded You Matter Recruitment — to use two decades of hands‑on telecoms experience to connect the right people with the right opportunities, without the guesswork or generic approach of traditional recruitment.
